Ingredients:
1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight)
4 cups water
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Soak Almonds: Soak almonds in water overnight. Drain and rinse.
Blend Almonds: Blend almonds with 4 cups of water until smooth.
Strain Mixture: Use a nut milk bag or fine strainer to strain the mixture. Reserve almond pulp for other recipes.
Flavor Milk: Blend strained milk with cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Serve: Adjust sweetness as needed, then serve chilled or at room temperature.

Storage: Refrigerate almond milk in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Shake before using.
