Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight)

  • 4 cups water

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Soak Almonds: Soak almonds in water overnight. Drain and rinse.

  2. Blend Almonds: Blend almonds with 4 cups of water until smooth.

  3. Strain Mixture: Use a nut milk bag or fine strainer to strain the mixture. Reserve almond pulp for other recipes.

  4. Flavor Milk: Blend strained milk with cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

  5. Serve: Adjust sweetness as needed, then serve chilled or at room temperature.

Tips:

  • Storage: Refrigerate almond milk in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Shake before using.

  • Use Almond Pulp: Save almond pulp for cookies, granola, or baking.
