Ingredients:
4 oz ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon honey
Cinnamon, to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and lightly golden.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked.
Transfer the cooked beef and onions to a bowl.
Top with sliced banana, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve warm and enjoy.
