Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 8 oz (2 ¼ cups) whole-wheat pasta (any shape)

  • 1 (15 oz) jar store-bought Alfredo sauce

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the Alfredo sauce until smooth and slightly thickened.
