Turkey Egg Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 5 large eggs

  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (or use taco seasoning)

  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing dish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add ground turkey and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (or taco seasoning).

  4. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully cooked and lightly browned.

  5. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish or a pie dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

  6. Press the cooked turkey evenly into the bottom of the dish.

  7. In a separate bowl, crack and whisk the eggs until smooth.

  8. Pour the eggs evenly over the turkey layer.

  9. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  10. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.

  11. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

  12. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Tips:

  • Perfect for meal prep—just reheat in the microwave for 30–60 seconds.

  • Add chopped spinach, bell peppers, or onions if you want extra veggies.

  • Works with ground chicken or sausage too.

  • Can be frozen after baking—slice first and wrap individually.
