Yogurt Parfait with Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups Greek yogurt

  • 1-3 graham cracker, crumbled

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cubed

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the apples: Peel and dice the apple into small cubes.

  2. Cook the apples: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apple cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup (if using), and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Let cool.

  3. Mix the yogurt: In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and protein powder (if using) until smooth.

  4. Assemble the jar: In a jar, layer the crumbled graham cracker, cooked apples, and yogurt. Repeat layers as needed, finishing with apples or graham crumbs on top.
